Refund policy
Items purchased online or at special in-person events are FINAL SALE unless otherwise noted. We do not accept returns unless an item was shipped in error or if a product arrived defective or damaged. Some payment methods, like PayPal, may offer different terms. Your refund may be conducted via a third-party payment provider. Please notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can better assist.
Store credit may be issued within a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or credit.
Seasonal items are FINAL SALE only and may not be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@gypsysgraveyard.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to collect photographs of items delivered as confirmation.
For nonperishable goods, the customer must submit a claim with the shipping carrier used and notify us within 14 days of delivery if a shipment was lost or arrived damaged.
For perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), the customer must notify us of damages within 48 hours of delivery.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), seasonal items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item. Once the previously purchased item is returned in new, sellable condition, the amount will be returned via the original payment used.
A digital gift certificate can also be issued for use by the original customer or another recipient. To request this option, email help@gypsysgraveyard.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded according to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
