Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after placing an order. This also depends upon what time the order was placed. Orders cannot be shipped when our store is closed or during a federal holiday. We fulfill orders in the order in which they are received.
Shipping Costs
Our goal is to keep costs as low as possible. However, freight costs are on the rise. Additionally, some raw materials for merchandise may be limited. This could delay your order and our product availability.
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time via shipping carrier based on your delivery zone and may fluctuate. The shipping price includes any special packaging required. We reserve the right to change shipping prices at any time.
Shipping to Hawaii or England will result in higher shipping costs and a longer delivery time.
At certain times, we may issue a promotion affecting shipping (e.g. FREE LOCAL DELIVERY/PICKUP or FREE SHIPPING OVER $75 USD after discounts and before taxes). We reserve the right to change or discontinue shipping promotions at any time.
Shipping Times
USPS Priority estimates 2-8 business days for delivery. This could take longer for delivery outside mainland USA.
UPS uses the following map
Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping. Certain commodities and high-value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.
Local Delivery or Pickup
In support of our Nashville community during COVID-19, we currently offer free local delivery to Greater Nashville. (This does not include Murfreesboro or areas outside of Davidson, Sumner, or Williamson counties.) The free shipping will be calculated automatically for eligible zip codes.

Floral Delivery
Our floral delivery zone is within Greater Nashville, TN. This does not include Murfreesboro or areas outside of Davidson, Sumner, or Williamson counties.
A suggested range, according to miles:
- 25 miles from Hendersonville to Belle Meade
- 41 miles from Hendersonville to Franklin
In the event free delivery is not included, the rate is $0.29 USD per mile from our location. Special orders and special events are excluded from the free shipping offer.
Free shipping promotions may be altered or discontinued at any time.
Please let us know a preferred delivery time and location when placing a floral order. A valid telephone number is required to place a delivery. This is how your designer and delivery driver will follow up on orders. For the best experience, please subscribe to SMS texting.
