Pricing Policy (as of 11/4/21)

Due to the way our e-commerce provider is set up, all online pricing includes tax. This is due to our TN fulfillment center location. Charging sales taxes on online orders is standard procedure. 

Prices shown may fluctuate due to demand, product availability, and import/freight costs. 

We reserve the right to discontinue and/or change sales, promotions, or prices at any time without notice. Unless noted in the product description, we are a retail store that does not manufacture the products listed. We support a number of independent artists and businesses worldwide. Our inventory is carefully curated and will change at various times. 

Each item is carefully inspected upon arrival and before shipping to customers. You will find small imperfections on items listed in our "Perfectly Imperfect" Sale Section. That said, colors may vary and/or look different in person than on your viewing device. Occasionally, a vendor will make changes to their entire design. We cannot control this.

While we periodically adjust pricing to maintain fairness, to ourselves and customers, we are not required to do so. Some products have exclusivity ("zip code") protection and others do not. It's likely you will find the same products in multiple stores in the same neighborhood. Each store has their own aesthetic and mission.

Buying directly from a brand is sometimes cheaper because of less freight costs and taxes. However, you won't be able to shop from multiple brands in the same purchase or access additional benefits.

Online shipping rates and delivery times are calculated automatically based on current carrier rates. We do not control this. Shipping tax and packaging costs are included in the shipping price shown at checkout.
