Delivery & Returns
Our goal is to keep costs as low as possible. However, freight costs are on the rise. Additionally, some raw materials for merchandise may be limited. Shipping costs are calculated in real time and may fluctuate.
We typically fulfill online orders within 1-3 business days. Orders received after 2 PM CST will be received the following business day.
Delivery times are dependent upon the designated carrier (e.g. USPS, Fedex, USPS, etc). We are not responsible for packages once they've been dropped off with carrier. USPS Priority Mail typically delivers packages within 2-5 business days.
We offer exchanges only. Original item must be sent back before issuing credit. Customers are responsible for shipping costs in returning merchandise. For returns, email email@example.com for further instruction.
Items are inspected before shipping. Clothing is steamed to get out wrinkles. Some wrinkles may be present from being packaged for final delivery. If package was received damaged, email firstname.lastname@example.org with description, photos, and order number. You may also need to report claim with shipping carrier.
Sales & Promotional Pricing
We will honor sales or promotion for orders placed within 48 hours before promotional price.
We reserve the right to deny any price adjustments or returns.
Final sale items are not returnable or refundable.
Seasonal items may not be returnable or refundable after season or holiday has passed.
